Ugandan nationals are eligible as applicants from a developing state. Applicants must be 25–45, hold at least a first university degree, work as a mid-level official or professional in a relevant field, demonstrate advanced research ability, and have strong English.
A fully funded nine-month UN fellowship combining three months at UN Headquarters in New York with six months at a participating academic institution. It supports professionals from developing countries, including Uganda, to undertake advanced research and strengthen ocean and water governance expertise. Deadline: 13 September 2026.
