Applicants must meet the academic and English-language requirements for the selected public-policy mobility track; qualifying Ugandan degree holders may use the programme\'s stated English-test exemption.
Mundus MAPP is an Erasmus Mundus public-policy master\'s delivered by Central European University, IBEI, the International Institute of Social Studies and the University of York. Scholarship applicants for the 2027–2029 cohort must apply by 1 December 2026.
Benefits
Selected candidates may receive an Erasmus Mundus scholarship. The consortium also offers one institutional scholarship per study track, providing a 50% tuition fee waiver at both the first- and second-year institutions without a living stipend.
Requirements
Applicants must hold an eligible bachelor\'s degree, satisfy the English-language requirement and submit the required academic records and supporting documents. Each applicant may select only one mobility track.
How to apply
Complete the Central European University online application, choose one Mundus MAPP mobility track and indicate interest in financial aid. Upload all required documents before the scholarship deadline; no separate Erasmus Mundus scholarship form is required.
