Applications are accepted from all nationalities, including Ugandan citizens. Applicants need a recognised first university degree of at least three years, sufficient English proficiency and a demonstrated interest in higher education, research and innovation.
MARIHE is a 120-ECTS Erasmus Mundus Joint Master focused on higher education policy, management, research and innovation. The September 2027 intake includes tuition coverage for every selected student and a limited number of full Erasmus Mundus scholarships.
Benefits
All selected students receive coverage of the €18,000 participation fee and worldwide health and accident insurance. Erasmus Mundus scholarship recipients additionally receive €1,400 per month for up to 24 months as a contribution to travel, visa, installation and living costs.
Requirements
The first-round application requires the prescribed application form, identification, degree and academic records, evidence of English proficiency and the programme\'s other listed supporting documents. Shortlisted applicants must submit a required video by 11 December 2026.

Read the intake 2027 applicant guidelines, prepare the required documents and submit them electronically through the official Evalato portal. Indicate on the application form whether Erasmus Mundus scholarship consideration is requested.
