Nationals of a World Bank Group member country with a relevant graduate-level degree completed before the programme start, two to six years of relevant professional experience, and excellent spoken and written English. Doctoral research may count toward experience under the official rules.
The World Bank Group Young Professionals Program is a two-year leadership development programme with rotations across the World Bank, IFC and MIGA. Successful completion may lead to an additional five-year contract based on performance.
