Who can apply

Uganda is eligible as a low- or middle-income country. The lead applicant must be an established researcher with international standing, a record of innovative research leadership and managing or training others, and a permanent, open-ended or suitable long-term contract at an eligible administering organisation. Teams may have 2–8 applicants.
