The China WTO Accessions Internship Programme develops young professionals from developing and least-developed WTO Members in trade law, economics, international relations and WTO accession work. Interns work within the WTO Accessions Division under professional supervision.
Benefits
Interns receive CHF 90 per day, including weekends and official holidays, for assignments lasting up to ten months. The programme covers economy-class airfare to and from Geneva and provides CHF 100 per month toward mandatory health-insurance premiums.
Requirements
Applicants must complete the WTO general internship application and prepare a curriculum vitae and motivation letter demonstrating academic relevance and interest in WTO accession work.
How to apply
Submit a general internship application through the WTO external jobs platform and separately submit the required expression of interest, CV and motivation letter to the Accessions Internship Programme according to the official instructions. Applications are accepted throughout the year.
