Open to nationals and residents of eligible VLIR-UOS scholarship countries, including Uganda, who meet the academic, age, professional and programme-specific eligibility requirements for the selected ICP Connect programme.

VLIR-UOS ICP Connect Scholarships support students from eligible developing countries to study selected international programmes at Flemish higher-education institutions in Belgium. Uganda is among the eligible scholarship countries.
