Full opportunity detailsOpen to first-time Sciences Po applicants who are citizens of non-European Union countries, including Uganda, whose household does not file taxes within the European Union. Applicants must satisfy the admission requirements of the relevant Sciences Po programme and applicable scholarship conditions.
The Émile Boutmy Scholarship supports outstanding international students from outside the European Union who are admitted to Sciences Po. Awards are available for eligible undergraduate and master\\s applicants and reduce the cost of studying in France.
Benefits
Recipients receive a tuition scholarship whose value depends on the programme and award decision. The scholarship can substantially reduce tuition costs during eligible undergraduate or master\\s studies at Sciences Po.
Requirements
Applicants must submit a complete Sciences Po admission application, academic transcripts, required programme documents and scholarship information demonstrating eligibility. Additional financial or personal information may be requested during assessment.
How to apply
Submit an application to an eligible Sciences Po degree programme and indicate or complete the Émile Boutmy Scholarship request through the admissions application according to the instructions for the relevant study level.
