Applicants worldwide, including Uganda, must be aged 14–20, have upper-intermediate English, stable internet and a demonstrated interest in sustainability. The Your Future in Green Jobs course must be completed before the December kickoff.

Young people explore green careers through workshops and individual professional mentorship. Participants implement a local Changemaker Project between December 2026 and June 2027.

Benefits
One-to-one mentorship, green-career guidance, workshops on project management and pitching, networking, and support to design and implement a community project. No cash grant is promised.

Requirements
Complete the mentorship application and demonstrate motivation, sustainability interests and availability. Provide the course completion evidence and attachments requested by the application portal; a simple CV is optional.
