Who can apply
Uganda-eligible and refugee-eligible. Applicants must be citizens of Uganda or hold recognized refugee status through Uganda and be permanently resident there. They need graduate-level education, fluent English, and a legally registered startup operating for at least 12 months with a product or service already in the market, paying customers and evidence of commercial traction. Idea-stage ventures, charities and donation-dependent organizations are not eligible.

About this opportunity
A six-month hybrid accelerator-style fellowship for commercially active Ugandan startups. The programme begins online on 16 November 2026, includes an Accra bootcamp from 25 January to 4 February 2027, and may culminate in a London capstone for selected fellows. Funding includes core travel and participation costs, coaching, data support and up to £2,000 equity-free support. Apply by 1 September 2026 through the official Imperial Enterprise Lab page.
