Benefits
The 2027 programme runs from June 1 through August 9, 2027 for approximately 400 working hours. The World Bank Group Treasury publishes compensation of US$22.70 net per hour for non-U.S. citizens and US$27.70 gross per hour for U.S. citizens. Interns receive a World Bank Group laptop, structured rotations through three Treasury teams, weekly learning sessions, mentoring and a capstone experience. The World Bank can sponsor the appropriate visa for selected non-U.S. interns when required.
Requirements
Applicants must complete the online internship application and provide a one-page PDF cover letter and a one-page PDF resume. An optional personal statement of up to half a page may also be submitted. Candidates must demonstrate the required undergraduate enrollment and graduation window, academic standing, full-time availability and relevant interest in Treasury\'s work.
