Applicants must satisfy the admission requirements of the relevant Sciences Po programme and applicable scholarship conditions.

The Émile Boutmy Scholarship supports outstanding international students from outside the European Union who are admitted to Sciences Po. Awards are available for eligible undergraduate and master\'s applicants and reduce the cost of studying in France.
