Open to international high-school applicants, including Ugandans, with exceptional academics and demonstrated leadership through community service, arts, sport or other activities.
University of British Columbia
Open to Ugandan first-degree applicants entering directly from accredited secondary school, normally graduating no earlier than June 2026. Requires outstanding grades, leadership, significant financial need, a school nominator and a teacher referee.
University of Richmond
Open to all first-year applicants, including Ugandans, based on academic distinction, leadership, intellectual engagement and contribution. Apply for admission by the scholarship consideration date.
Vanderbilt University

Duke University
Open to high-achieving Ugandan and other international applicants who need financial aid and do not already hold a bachelor’s degree. Apply to Duke and request financial aid; there is no separate Karsh application.
