International applicants seeking an undergraduate degree who meet Berea College’s academic, English-language and financial eligibility requirements. Applicants who already hold a bachelor’s degree are not eligible.

Berea College provides comprehensive institutional funding to every enrolled international student. The undergraduate model combines scholarships and financial aid with paid on-campus employment through the College Work Program.

Benefits
Funding offsets tuition, housing, food and fees. Every international student receives a paid campus job, with first-year wages of approximately USD 2,500; summer jobs may also be available.

Requirements
Applicants must submit the online international application and all required academic records, recommendations, test results and financial information by November 30, 2026. Accepted students are expected to pay a USD 2,200 enrollment deposit, although additional aid may be available, and are encouraged to save USD 1,000 annually for personal expenses.
