Visa costs, family expenses, computers, additional travel and several optional academic or extracurricular expenses are not covered.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the citizenship, degree and development-related professional-experience requirements and obtain unconditional admission to one of the JJ/WBGSP participating Master\'s programmes. The scholarship application requires the information and supporting documentation specified in the applicable 2027 call, including evidence of qualifying education, employment and admission. Applicants must meet all separate admission and language requirements of the participating university.

First apply to an eligible JJ/WBGSP participating Master\'s programme and secure the required unconditional admission. Participating universities identify applicants eligible for JJ/WBGSP consideration and provide shortlisted candidates with access to the scholarship application. Complete and submit the scholarship application during the first 2027 application window from January 18 through February 26.
