The programme welcomes applicants from all countries including Uganda and from relevant academic backgrounds such as health sciences, public policy, engineering, social work, international relations and political science. Applicants need a bachelor\'s degree, sufficient English and a profile demonstrating academic merit, relevant experience and motivation for humanitarian work.

HumanResponse trains students and professionals for humanitarian action, global health and displacement response through an interdisciplinary curriculum. Students undertake study periods in Portugal, Norway and Uganda and complete field-based dissertation work.

Benefits
The programme offers Erasmus Mundus scholarships, with scholarship holders paying no tuition and receiving monthly living support and programme insurance under the applicable award terms. Self-funded tuition applies to students without a scholarship. Students should separately confirm whether their completed joint degree and Norwegian study-permit history meet Norway\'s post-study job-seeker residence requirements.

Requirements
Applicants provide a valid passport, photograph, previous diplomas, full transcripts, English-proficiency evidence, CV, statement of purpose and two signed and dated recommendation letters.
