Ugandan and other international applicants may apply with a bachelor\'s degree in computer science, informatics or a closely related field. Applicants need strong foundations in mathematics, theoretical and practical informatics, programming, data structures, algorithms and systems, plus English proficiency at CEFR C1.

An advanced cybersecurity master\'s covering secure systems, computer-security foundations and modern security research. The programme is embedded in Saarland\'s internationally recognised computer-science and cybersecurity research ecosystem.

Benefits
No tuition fee is charged for the programme; the university semester contribution remains payable. Graduates can use Germany\'s post-study route allowing up to 18 months to find qualified employment, with work permitted during the search period.

Requirements
Applicants must submit the qualifying degree and transcripts, accepted C1 English evidence, documents showing the required computer-science foundations, supporting material demonstrating interest in cybersecurity and two academic references.
