Who can apply
Review the official criteria before applying
Ugandan applicants are eligible if they work in ecosystem restoration in the Mount Elgon or Queen Elizabeth UNESCO Biosphere Reserve (or another qualifying AfriMAB reserve). Applicants must be under 40, hold a relevant university degree, have at least one year of biosphere-reserve work, be proficient in English, and obtain endorsements from the reserve and Uganda MAB focal point.

A fully funded six-month fellowship in Iceland for African professionals working in biosphere-reserve restoration. Ugandans connected to Mount Elgon or Queen Elizabeth can apply with reserve and national MAB endorsements.
