Ugandan applicants are eligible as non-EU international applicants. Applicants need a bachelor\'s degree of at least 180 ECTS or equivalent in Economics or a closely related subject and must normally have completed at least 150 ECTS by the application deadline. The programme does not require German-language proficiency.
