Open to eligible international applicants from participating countries, including Uganda under the relevant track or quota, who satisfy nationality, age, education, academic performance and health conditions specified in the 2027 GKS-U guidelines.

The Global Korea Scholarship for Undergraduate Degrees is a Korean-government scholarship for international students pursuing undergraduate education at participating Korean universities. It combines degree study with Korean-language and cultural experience.

Benefits
The scholarship provides comprehensive support including tuition, airfare, settlement allowance, monthly stipend, Korean-language training, medical insurance and other approved educational expenses.

Requirements
Applicants must submit the official GKS forms, academic transcripts and certificates, proof of nationality, personal statement or study plan, recommendation documents and other materials required by the embassy or university track.
