Applicants must be citizens of an eligible TaiwanICDF partner country, including Uganda where listed for the cycle, meet the admission requirements of the participating university and programme and satisfy TaiwanICDF scholarship conditions.

The TaiwanICDF International Higher Education Scholarship Program supports students from eligible partner countries to pursue degree programmes at participating universities in Taiwan. Programmes are offered in development-related academic fields at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Benefits
The scholarship provides comprehensive support including tuition, airfare, housing, insurance, textbooks or academic costs and a living allowance according to the programme level and TaiwanICDF rules.
