Who can apply

UGANDA ELIGIBLE. Applicants must ordinarily reside in an eligible developing or emerging-economy country, including Uganda; apply to an eligible Oxford graduate course; show a link between the course and long-term career aims; and intend to return to their country of ordinary residence after study. A separate Weidenfeld-Hoffmann statement is required.
