Open to nationals outside the EU/EEA, including Ugandans, who are admitted to a participating full-time Maastricht Master’s programme. Current rules require an excellent academic record—normally at least 75%—and age 35 or younger on 1 September 2027, with no prior degree in the Netherlands. Check the renewed 2027 terms when published.
