Candidates must be citizens of an African country, demonstrate academic strength, leadership, service and significant financial or educational barriers, and apply to an eligible Berkeley Master’s programme. The programme expects scholars to use their training for impact in Africa. Women, refugees/displaced people and applicants with disabilities are strongly encouraged.
