Who can apply
Review the official criteria before applying
Ugandan and other foreign citizens are eligible. Master’s track: typically age 20–33 with a bachelor’s and no master’s; doctoral track: age 22–35 with a master’s and no PhD; postdoctoral track: age 24–39 with a PhD. Study is in English or Russian subject to programme rules.
